Rocca Pietore

Located in the heart of the Dolomites, at the foot of the Marmolada and the Geographic Heart of the UNESCO Dolomites, Rocca Pietore (La Ròcia in Ladin) is the capital of the Municipality. The town owes its name to a tower, formerly located in the square, next to the church of Santa Maria Maddalena.
