Participants of foreign residence must have a certificate of eligibility drawn up according to the model E-Health Certificate and, once you have obtained the certificate, complete the steps described below.Art.1 Conditions of admission
If it is not possible for you to upload the certificate to Datahealth before registration closes, complete the procedure and bring the email or the QRCODE of “Validated Certificate” with you when you pick up the race package.
Register on the website www.datahealth.it and enter all your personal data. Once the registration is complete, you will receive your personal DATAHEALTH CODE (DH-XXXXX). ATTENTION! the code is not enough to complete the registration for Alpi4000, you will have to complete all the steps below to validate your medical certificate.

Upload the medical certificate
Pay for the Data Health service using your PayPal account or a credit card
After 24/48 hours you will receive the result of the verification of your certificate with a QR Code that you must carry with you at the time of the event.

If validated, you can enter your DataHealth Code DH-XXXXX on the registration form of Alps 4000 and complete the registration. If you are already registered, you can access the registration form again by clicking on the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you.
